Ideal Qualifications
Responsibilites
Training/ Certification in IFS, ACT, Gottman, EMDR, and EFT
Previous experience in private practice or group practice setting
Provide ethical, high-quality, and competent care to therapy clients
Complete all documentation within 72 hours of session
Maintain good standing with state licensing bodies
Understand and secure client HIPAA standards
Run an EHR (Electronic Health Record) with notes, scheduling, and client paperwork
Promptly respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from clients and supervisor.
Maintain a minimum number of clients per week (agreed upon during interview process)
Flexible scheduling that you set yourself
You control your income with a set ratio of 50/50 or 60/40 depending on experience (student payscale is separate)
